Already released, Free Falling Into Your Higher Self speaks of the journey into the spiritual experience. In the book Donya explores how human beings are so rigidly defined that we stifle our true spiritual nature and are unable to see past the barriers that hold us prisoner's to our own limiting beliefs. Our beliefs about ourselves define everything about our journey, from what types of careers we enter into, to the type of relationships we attract. Having lost touch with our freedom loving spirit, we often respond with the same automatic reaction whenever we are in fear or our buttons are pushed. Donya challenges her readers to begin to explore life and view it as a journey no different than the mythical journeys that many of us have read about.  Life, she points out, it wrought with the same challenges, fears and riddles that our favorite heroes have endured.  These stories are meant to teach us that we too must be warriors and endure, in order to succeed.
